Sauna in the garden in Bavaria - distance to neighboring property

I prefer using the sauna to staying in an infrared cabin. But the argument is good, you can't complain about that.

Everyone just has to build what they like (and what they are allowed to build). In the case of the sauna in the garden, I would simply ask the relevant authorities or, as a first point of contact—if the sauna is being built—at the provider.

That is generally not correct and depends on the garage regulations of the respective federal state. In some, the use is clearly defined, in others not.
