Thanks for your reply. An energy consultant sounds reasonable! Should one also involve an architect who takes care of the trades or rather go it alone?

But to keep it short, with a calculation of about 150,000€ do I arrive at my breakdown?! (So purely related to all the work and not the house itself)

I would make it - as stated in my estimate. But I also do a few things myself to have a buffer.

Do you have knowledge of the subject? Renovation is not rocket science. However, you have to deal with it intensively if you want to take it into your own hands. An architect or expert will take that off your hands.
However, the architect is only really necessary if you want to intervene in the substance of the house (moving walls, extension, new dormers, or similar). You need someone who finds craftsmen for you and supervises the work. Or you do it yourself... (the architect usually works with "their" craftsmen/companies - but you can also look for individual craftsmen on e... classifieds or MyHammer - but of course you have to be careful and not be guided by "cheap is cool").
Although you can't really have an electrician/plumber supervised by the architect.

Well, I’d say: I’m not unskilled at handiwork, I can lay flooring, insulate the roof, do painting work, or lay tiles, but electricity or similar should definitely be done by a professional.

What would also be important to mention is that apparently the house is quite close to the street and the whole street has a gas connection.

150k will get you there. However, I would first focus on the important things inside. The roof, facade, and heating won't run away. How old is the heating system, is it defective? You can do a lot of electrical work yourself. A professional handles planning and fuse boxes, the rest anyone can do. Chiseling slots, pulling cables, installing switches / sockets / network is not rocket science. In my opinion, you can only afford bathrooms if you either keep it very simple or do it yourself. I wouldn’t lay tiles myself, except maybe in the basement. The difference to a professional is immediately noticeable there. Don’t underestimate plaster / drywall / painting work. All of that is quite time-consuming. You can also redo the terrace yourself. The substructure will still be usable, that’s the major part of the work. If the location is right, go for it; financially, it will work out.
