For our windows (living and dining room), one-piece roller shutters approximately 2.8m long in aluminum were always planned and ordered.
Now we were surprised when two-piece roller shutters with roller shutter guide rails firmly mounted on the window frame (plastic) were installed per window.
Somehow, we can't really get used to it.
Reversing this would mean that the mounting holes of the middle roller shutter guide rails would either have to be closed with plugs or covered with a strip (which would also have to be mounted). --> This is out of the question aesthetically.
In addition, the electrician only installed the motor boxes on one side.
On the other side, no motors were planned, let alone switches.
Now we are almost at the point where we will accept it and leave it as it is.
I am now asking what we can demand as compensation from the roller shutter specialist company.
Could you please help us here to get a good reference value for what is possible.
