But next Wednesday the ceiling is coming first.

The structural builder simply takes on too many orders and can't keep up, or doesn't get any materials delivered because there is a shortage everywhere

Ahh, much ado about nothing.

Hey, I looked at the dumb plan 5 times

we had 15 changes of the electrical plan

happened!

With us, the shell was constructed extremely precisely, sometimes even down to the millimeter. However, a WC door opening was built too large (because this door is smaller than the others). We pointed this out and the next day everything was corrected properly again. The bricks were removed and rebuilt, it was no problem at all. This can definitely be corrected and your ceiling hasn’t been installed yet either.
