But I already asked that once and there was no answer. If the costs and quality are right, the fuss can be smaller. In industry, you don't renegotiate with suppliers for every order as a sport, but only when the parameters are not right. At least that's my opinion.

Hello! I concluded a project contract with a GmbH, so not a classic architect contract. Within this project contract, an architect was granted a sub-power of attorney.

So more complicated - without knowing further contract details, one can hardly say anything.

What does this tell us? Will it get more expensive? Will the architect not be billed according to [HOAI]? No one here knows what you signed...
