We want to replace the bathroom with a shower, redo the kitchen with more workspace and as little through traffic as possible across the kitchen area.

That's basically everything on the ground floor. In general, however, we are also open to more radical solutions (removing the wall to the dining room or similar).

The changing benches are kindergarten furniture, they make everyday life much easier ;)

I will compile and provide the plans.

The terrace is already there, yes. You can see it quite well in the pictures.

Currently, it is a children's room due to lack of alternatives. Previously, it was a study / garden room and we will use it that way again after the renovation, since my wife is a teacher and accordingly needs a lot of space in the study.
