Do you have something in your drinking water that explains the high death rate and the seemingly mushrooming empty houses as a result? o_O

The notary appointment takes at least 14 days, so the financing approval should be there by then, keyword "Eingehungsbetrug". Anything else would have surprised me a lot with you. Seems like you can't do without this running gag :)

The 14 days only apply when purchased by an entrepreneur.

My search radius is quite large, and usually several things come up at once, then nothing again.

if what just came up now wasn’t significantly closer to my workplace, I wouldn’t have considered it.

What does buying from a business mean? A broker? It’s at most about 5 days anyway. I think I’ll stick with the first property anyway.

Yes, you’ve swallowed a special magnet for counting rhymes. Maybe you were very small then and forgot it, and I wasn’t there either, but I firmly believe that :) No, that probably means a commercial seller (e.g. developer). You don’t buy from brokers, they only mediate.

ene, mene mist...:)...just kidding. Buying a property is not an everyday thing, at least not if it’s the first one.

I think the bank’s review takes a few days. There’s no point in scheduling a notary appointment if the documents haven’t been checked yet.
