So for delivery of the parquet and the baseboards and installation, 130 euros/sqm net. The parquet itself costs 60/sqm. So 70 euros for installation. I think the filling is included as well. But no removal of the substrate and/or sanding.

Oh, I see. I thought that as an all-rounder he does everything, including the preparatory work, either by hourly rate or flat rate. €70 nowadays is okay. Doing it under the table is of course cheaper, but you don’t want that either. Remember that you can deduct the craftsman invoices from your taxes.

That’s maybe 3 or 4 euros per sqm. Then they often use flowing filler. That isn’t that much work either. I’m still waiting for two other offers. But one already said installed would be 40 euros net. But I think you have to wait and see what comes out in the end when I get the offer.

He knows exactly why: sh*t work (no beep this time), you hunch over it for days, carpet adhesive is nasty, not even with various tools completely removable
