Faulty systems should not be a standard. Neither should old buildings.

But nothing against gas, it works too, but it is getting more expensive (CO2 pricing). For me, it no longer belongs in any new building.

I know about gas that I currently pay about €600 for my poorly insulated 80 sqm house with bad windows. That can't be more for 110 sqm according to the new standard with underfloor heating. For 2020, with 186 systems, an average annual performance factor of 3.73 (partly including screed heating), in 2019 with 193 systems, an annual performance factor of 3.6. Mostly including hot water. Have also seen annual performance factors of almost five. Then you can calculate an average of 1,700 kWh electricity for a demand of 5-8,000 kWh (this depends on the house and your user behavior). Well designed and not immediately 24 degrees in all rooms maybe 1,250 kWh, poorly implemented and corresponding user behavior 2,500 kWh. So between €375 and €750 per year.
