Receiving the approval for land purchase from the municipality

I just did a bit of googling to see what’s out there. Since links are not allowed, google for "Einfamilienhaus 35-181-150 mit Einliegerwohnung" .. The granny flat could be made into a parents’ bedroom, with the living/cooking area a bit bigger and 5 rooms upstairs. "Möglichkeits-(T)Räume – ein Walmdachhaus mit über 230 qm" by Kalobau .. quite large, with an unusual shape as well. "Einfamilienhaus Finn" by massive Wohnbau is smaller again at 160 sqm, could be quite efficient, but without an office. "Wohnsitz Stadtvilla 250 qm – 4 to 5 kids’ rooms for the big family" by Kalobau ... again very large. But the idea is just to get a feel for it.

To be honest, we haven't really talked intensively about equity yet.

The floor plans differ greatly in size from 160 to 250 sqm (the price difference can then also be accordingly). They are mainly meant to give you a feel for the space.

Strangely, I like the one with "only" 160 sqm best. I wouldn't have thought that you could get the parent's bedroom on the ground floor and still have space for four children's rooms plus an extra utility room. Surely you could also fit in a study somehow.
