The floor plans vary greatly in size from 160 to 250 sqm (price differences may correspond accordingly). They are mainly intended to give you a sense of the spaces.

Yes, that's true. Strangely, I like the one with "only" 160 sqm the best. I wouldn't have thought that you could fit the master bedroom on the ground floor and still have space for four children's rooms plus an extra utility room. Surely, you could also somehow fit in a study. Now another question - or should I start a new topic for that? (Which are the most affordable prefabricated house suppliers?)

Well.. it’s rather tight and if you want to effectively still use the attic at least as a play area (or possibly an office), the staircase layout doesn’t fit at all, for example, because you can’t continue it from the upper floor to the attic.

I find "Einfamilienhaus 35-181-150 mit Einliegerwohnung" as a starting point much better suited.. it’s around 180 sqm anyway.. with rearrangement of the basement apartment and the upper floor you might be able to save 0.5 to 1 m in house width.

Building proposals with a granny flat are a good source to solve the problem of the typical catalog designs being unsuitable for larger families; however, they often only work if the children are not all still small.

... but please prioritize this aspect relatively high ...

The room allocation may have to change several times during development – among other things leading to the advisability of LAN sockets in all eventual workrooms and bedside lamp sockets in all eventual parent bedrooms.
