Re-roofing, roof tiles not possible

No, unfortunately not. But who knows if it even still exists.

The first offer for a standard metal roof (without insulation) is available. 160 sqm bungalow with approximately 230 sqm roof area. Costs (materials + installation - without insulation) about 26,000 euros. With 40 sqm garage roof, it will probably be around 32,000-35,000 euros, I estimate. The offer so far was only for the house roof. Are these normal prices nowadays for a new roof, or special requests? It seems a bit high to me. Regards

Expand the Berliner wave, dismantle the battens, disposal, deliver new metal roof (which product?), install new battens, install metal roof. Over 113 euros/m2 for a metal roof. If you of course want to do prefab or similar, the metal already costs at least 35 euros. But 80 euros/m2 for installation is, in my opinion, rather usurious.

What do you understand by metal roof if you don't mean a corrugated metal roof?

e.g. profiled sheets with seams.

I have had good experience with trapezoidal sheet metal.
