Practically no snow at all, if you consider how much snow weighs (3-5 cm of wet snow already weighs 15 kg per sqm).

I found Berliner Well for 31.81 /m2, the roofer will definitely get it cheaper.

Berliner Well weighs 18.86kg/m2, so your roof has always been overloaded. ;)

A roofer will come by in the next few days, who was arranged by the company Prefa.
He can then also make an offer for the Berliner Welle, so that we have a comparison.

The Berliner Welle currently installed is unfortunately in a dilapidated condition after 30 years. We thought that a metal/aluminum roof would last a bit longer. That’s where the idea came from.

Tomorrow, two roofers will come by again and prepare an offer for the Berliner Welle, then we will know more.

You could almost sell the house (value approx. 250-280k Euros) and build a new bungalow (somewhat smaller, since about 30-40 sqm are wasted here for corridors), meaning with 130-140 sqm, newly built.
Square meter prices for plots are between 50-70 Euros/sqm.

The first two offers are available.

Offer 1:
Prefa residential building, standard metal roof garage
Approx. 270 sqm area, 37,000 euros; 137 euros/sqm

Offer 2:
Berliner Welle complete
Approx. 270 sqm area, 32,000 euros; 118 euros/sqm

Proud prices, in my opinion.
