It is also rumored that it is actually the individual's decision whether to take their child to the daycare early or not. I find it rude to call that "shifting off." I also don't say that you spoil and hover over your children at home.

It is always a personal decision, and one thing or another is not inherently bad.

There is also the rumor of putting words in others’ mouths that they never said and reacting offensively... I definitely did not attack anyone, especially not you, I don’t know why such a reaction comes up.
Of course, there are families where both parents have to work in order to provide for their children (or, for example, for a house), or there are other reasons. But it is definitely not the case that early kindergarten attendance generally has advantages; there are plenty of objective studies about this. And by making that clear, one is not immediately claiming it is equivalent to shoving off, right?

Oh dear... Who advised you? Almost half a million with 3,500 net and then without children? Crazy...

Don’t make yourself unhappy! The loan is way too high compared to the income. We have a decent amount more net, significantly more equity, and the loan amount is lower, and yet I am still considering it. Ask yourself the typical questions:

Can I, as the sole earner, manage the installments if the wife’s income should disappear? What if children are on the way? What percentage of my income do I spend on repayment?

My tip: Does it have to be fully basemented, garage, etc., or could it be somewhat less? I know that a lot could have been negotiated, but minus basement and garage (this is just an example) you are easily 60,000 below. Check your must-have and optional list again.

The two Riester contracts are also not really tailored to you.

They would have to show significantly different amounts in order to receive optimal support. Instead, the "maximum sum" is simply being used. You can do that, but you don't have to.
