I agree with my predecessors: The loan amount is too high, your income is too low for it.
In the long run, you will not be able to make the sacrifices. Especially with a child, absolutely not. From my point of view, the plan is short-sighted.
Have you thought about how you want to proceed after moving in if a washing machine, a dryer, or a car needs to be newly purchased? Where is there still room for a consumer loan then? I see no leeway for that.
Alternatively, you could downsize the house and do without the basement. 150 sqm without a basement also works wonderfully for four people. As an alternative to the garage, a carport also works.
I advise reconsideration!
