Sounds good! Where did you end up price-wise? Were you able to negotiate the price with the seller at all? The interest rate doesn’t sound too bad for 30 years considering the conditions (30 years vs. 15 years interest rate?). With which bank?

520TE. still a lot of money (too much!?), but determining an exact price is always difficult. I would have liked to see a 4 :) We are financing with Hypovereinsbank. We have heard a lot of bad things in many places (also from advisors), and it was partially discouraged. But for us, it went almost flawlessly (unfortunately, due to illness of the employees and "long" processing times, we could not do the combination with KFW).
