Well, let's put it this way, if someone asks nicely and it's within my capabilities, then I do what I can. And I just had a little time between two appointments. So: You're welcome! P.S.: Unfortunately, I can't see in your profile where you are building. Otherwise, I might have invited you for a roof inspection on site... ;)

:D That would really be too much of a good thing :D. I've now ordered some samples, I think you just have to see the colors live...

Absolutely. Our house builder had all models available for selection, including those requiring an additional charge. Well, the profile only asks for the federal state. You don't have to enter exact geo-coordinates ;).

For the sake of good order, I would of course like to present the result of the sample order here:

It is difficult to reproduce the actual color in pictures, but the color variations are clearly visible here as well.

I ordered the roof tiles from Nelskamp as labeled in the pictures (note not all tiles are available in all colors).
- SIGMA-TILE (dark gray LONGLIFE matte)
- KRONEN-TILE (granite LONGLIFE matte)
- FINKENBERGER-TILE (black LONGLIFE matte)
- S-TILE (black LONGLIFE glossy)

Glossy is presumably not cost-neutral for us, but I still wanted to see the difference and have to say that I would not describe it as glossy. I had imagined black polished to be absolutely mirror-like intense, but in reality I think it’s safe to say: it’s just a little less matte than the others :D, so actually not really glossy. The color gradation between black and gray is very clearly visible in reality, black is really black and not a very dark gray, which I like. The black "glossy" is a nice touch blacker than the matte, and if we actually decide on black (really black) windows, that will also be our first choice: the black glossy. You could also clearly see the difference when the tiles were wet from the rain; the glossy one is simply a touch blacker here as well.

By the way, the SIGMA tile has become our favorite, the S tile also appealed to us, although I can imagine that depending on the light incidence, due to the slight serration, a completely different roof is created. The SIGMA tile is simply uniform and rather round, it’s just more my style...

So I have BRAAS roof tiles, but before making your choice, I probably would have chosen the SIGMA as well. However, much lighter. Anyway, it's a matter of taste. On the topic of durability, I also asked around, and my synopsis is: If you want your roof to last 40 years, roof tiles are enough; if you want it to last 100 years, take bricks. Since I don't even plan to live there for another 40 years, roof tiles were enough for me. Long after this decision was made and even after facts were already established (the roof has been covered since March), a solar installer pointed out the following to me, which I did not know and had not read anywhere until then: For a subsequent photovoltaic system installation, roof tiles are less complicated because you can simply lift the roof tiles and screw the module holders to the rafters and then put the tiles back on. With roof bricks, this is not possible; you would have to cut into the bricks... I don't know if this applies to all shapes. Here is a drone image of my roof:
