We also reserved a plot of land in February 2012 and purchased it in October 2012, which was presumably supposed to be developed by the end of 2012. Due to the long winter, the development was delayed until May 2013. During the subsequent subdivision of the new building area, there were also problems and delays. The building authorities wanted a noise protection wall to be built before the final acceptance of the area, so the approval of the building permits was also delayed. Now construction is slowly starting, but the commitment interest is already accruing, even though we waited relatively long to sign the financing. For many others in the building area, the interest-free period has long since expired. We originally assumed that we could move in by the end of this year, 2013, but instead construction is only just beginning. So don’t sign the financing too early. The commitment interest hurts a lot because there is no service rendered in return.
