Sure, you could ask, but I’m completely pessimistic about it. Why would they buy a slope behind the house?

A call with an offer wouldn't cost you much. Perhaps the residents still want to maintain the usual larger distance from their neighbors, and that is worth the corresponding fee to them. As I said, it only costs you a call or a friendly ring at the door. As a resident, I would certainly appreciate such an offer.

Yes, sure. That could definitely be done sometime.

Katja, maybe you can upload a photo of the north slope, taken from this small north path. It reads like an elevation to some, I am thinking more of a rocky coast.

I’m also more inclined towards a rocky coast – but unfortunately, I don’t have a photo. We want to go there at Christmas and check out the situation...

The division of ypg is likely disadvantageous for marketing reasons. The rear property is significantly disadvantaged due to high development costs and the costs for slope stabilization (in my mind by now it's also a rock cliff ). That means the rear property would have to be significantly cheaper. But if you lower the price by €10,000, it's almost not worth it ... for the front one, you won't find anyone who will compensate for the discount on the rear, since land in the area is hardly worth anything anyway. People simply choose another property right away.

Definitely in favor of Escrodas' proposal.
