Sure? Clarify that. According to the cadastre and OSM, the path connects the village street with R-Street. At least for pedestrians, the path could be publicly designated. It would then be nice if both properties had access to it.

Why not? My suggestion:

I don’t know the dimensions of the light house from Town & Country. My building bodies are, in my opinion, dimensioned sufficiently large at 10m*14m.

That is not nice, though.

A 30m long driveway is also not nice and additionally very expensive, plus supply and disposal lines.

Development from the south and an extreme slope tip in the north, just so that both touch each other to form a footpath there. In the process, a northern property. Ok, there are worse things. But a flagpole shape is only for the rear one now. He is supposed to get the non-buildable northern tip for that.

Mmh, I’m more on Yvonne’s side. One must not forget that the avid gardener and terrace sitter likes to bask in the sun. At least more so than searching the slope for possible footpaths towards the neighbor, I think.

Below two building plots and because of the northern tip, simply ask the neighbors if they would like to enlarge their garden? They could also develop it better.
