Property developer in Schleswig-Holstein wanted. Who can recommend one?

Hello everyone, Has anyone here already built in Schleswig-Holstein and can recommend a developer? Or would it be more pleasant/effective to work directly with an architect? It is supposed to be a 2-story house with 130sqm, with 200,000 euros plus 50,000 construction incidental costs available. The plot is already owned. We would be grateful for any tips

You probably mean a general contractor. With your own plot, a property developer is not suitable. I would first work together with the aunt who inherited, otherwise I don’t yet see budget and house coming together completely.

Who or what is Erbtante?

An inherited aunt is a wealthy and well-meaning aunt, whose nephew Delta might take to heart between budget and desired house size (and without whom I do not see the calculation working out here).

Just for comparison:

Paid for 108 sqm plus garage 6*3 without land all incl. with garden, lamps, kitchen and stuff 210.

A bit smaller, and a bungalow (with very basic features).

Don’t get worked up, something is possible for 250, but rather a 1.5-story house. Where in SH is it supposed to be built? SH East, Oldenburg Fehmarn, Specht, Bisdorf Fehmarn.
