Property already financed - is another bank possible for house construction?

For what reason should I get the termination approved? We would get the financing for the house anyway.

That’s the question, with what reason could that possibly work?!

I had entered the exact data on the Interhyp site that would also apply to our financing with ING, there were sometimes 0.5% with Degussa Bank.

That would be another possibility to ask about...

I would do it immediately regardless of further actions, as it reduces the prepayment penalty. (Provided the bank releases you.)

The banks don’t take the price I pay for the house as the basis for the mortgage value. Some flat rates are deducted, right?

We will do that now regardless :)

Did you buy the property together or just one of you?
Sale is a reason that ING must accept. I forgot the paragraphs, but it can be quickly googled.
So maybe something can be arranged with it.

Well - of course the question is what is important to you in a financing.

My Interhyp advisor only said about Degussa (it was the only better one - purely interest rate wise): "Let's leave them out - you won't be happy with that."

I also consider 0.5% totally unrealistic, to be honest... Better have exact offers given to you again and talk again with your Interhyp advisor. Without knowing the exact details of your financing: I think you are well placed at ING in terms of interest rates and also the conditions (provided you haven't had problems with your land financing so far).

Bought together, otherwise I would have sold it to my husband :D

My sister is with Degussa and totally satisfied.

To be honest, what annoyed me a bit about ING is that they don’t link the property financing with the house construction, but both have to run separately.

Honestly, I haven’t had any other stress with them so far...
