that is only meant figuratively, we have a better conscience with renewable energies as a electricity tariff

Ah, ok, I agree with that. But I have actually already considered whether a small windmill in the garden might have an effect

is not good in dense development, a wheel with a diameter of 3-4m is very disturbing and too loud

There are wind turbines with about one meter diameter...

We recently had the topic of the heat pump here, where the neighbor complained about the noise disturbance. Just imagine what would happen if a wind turbine stood in the garden! Also, I am not at all sure what happens with such devices during a power outage when the 50Hz does not come from the grid as a timing signal?
