Prefabricated garage - thought of everything?

You build walls and still put up a prefabricated garage? They could easily build the walls for the same price.

We have our garage from ADM Garagen (Hansebeton).
2.85x7m.
El. anthracite Hörmann sectional door,
anthracite Hörmann door
Electrical package (3 flush-mounted sockets, one light and one light switch)

The whole thing cost 8600€.

The plaster looks almost like our plaster on the house.

I would definitely recommend a precast concrete garage! Stay away from that sheet metal junk!

The garage had a conduit where the cable from the house could be connected.
Then I drilled an 18mm hole and put in a heavy current cable for possible electric vehicles.
I just have to connect the drainage. By the way, this is also laid on the back wall in the garage. A 75mm pipe.
So it's worth planning this in already with your drainage.

Sebastian, make sure to add 1 Attika all around. Otherwise, it will soon have water streaks all over the plaster. Every plumber or roofer does that.

Thanks for the tip. Since a carport will be built between the house and the garage, the garage will get a continuous parapet.

No no, prefabricated garages are noticeably cheaper. But you get what you pay for. They are not nice, the pictures here are proof.
