I have negotiated Germany as the place of jurisdiction in my contract, and the contract itself is also in German.

Hello, I am totally new here and came across this forum via Google. I am also interested in a Norgeshus, which at first glance seems quite cost-effective. Now I have compared Danwood and Norgeshus; they are actually the same houses on the websites. And turnkey Danwood is considerably cheaper...! Now my actual question: with Norgeshus there are listed kit price, transport, assembly, total. For example, 40,665,-- and as a turnkey object 135,414.45 euros. How do the 95,000 euros add up? What else is added? And why does Norgeshus have such extremely different prices on the homepage for different countries when you click on them???

Hello everyone

We did not build with this company, but also have a house from Estonia.
It is from the company Betana. These houses have an unbeatable low price.
Regarding quality and delivery time, I can only report good things.
The houses are manufactured there with the most modern equipment. The fittings used are all from German brand manufacturers (latest standard). The insulating glass panes are the same.
However, the houses are not available turnkey. A assembly team for non-craftsmen is possible though.
You definitely also have the option of free planning of the room layout, windows and doors, as well as the staircase (if needed).
Just as a reference. Our house cost approximately €28,000, has 96m2 and a knee wall about 96cm high.
The assembly would have cost about €5,000.
Not included in the price are roofing, external insulation, exterior cladding, chimney and of course all installations such as water, electricity and heating.
Of course, you also have to calculate the base slab and house connections.
Despite all additional services, we came to a maximum of €60,000.
However, I have to say that as a master craftsman it was important to me to build and finish the house with my wife and a few colleagues myself. We celebrated the topping-out ceremony after just 3 days and moved in a few weeks later. In the meantime, we have been living in it for a few years and are still very satisfied.
So if anyone needs experience or tips, just write.

In January 2020, our house Norges Hus from Estonia, model 59, was erected in Burk. We bought it in Germany through the respective provider in Germany. The building permit took 2 days. Then it was granted. The foundation turned out very level. There were no problems during the assembly. Our house was erected with an entrance door, finished roof with tiles. So almost finished on the outside. Now the interior construction follows. The interior studs were also erected. Now we can freely decide who will do the interior construction for us. There are plenty of options to negotiate the prices. Everything is made of wood; a cordless screwdriver is enough to complete the rest. And whatever else you need. We will install an infrared underfloor heating system. And install a cold water pipe. Hot water via a tankless water heater. And apply for heating electricity. The house cost us a total of 50,000. Without foundation and building plot. We made a down payment of 20,000. The rest upon delivery, when the truck was standing in front of the door. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
