Prefab kit houses - Who has experience and tips with them?

In January 2020, our house Norges Hus from Estonia, model 59, was set up in Burk. We bought it in Germany through the respective provider in Germany. The building permit took 2 days. Then it was granted. The foundation turned out very straight. There were no problems during the setup. Our house was set up with an entrance door, finished roof with tiles. So almost finished on the outside. Now comes the interior construction. The studs inside were also set up. Now we can freely decide who will do the interior construction for us. There are plenty of possibilities to negotiate prices. It is all made of wood; a cordless screwdriver is enough to finish the rest. And whatever else you need. We will install an infrared underfloor heating system. And install a cold water pipe. Hot water via instantaneous water heater. And apply for heating electricity. The house cost us a total of 50,000. Without foundation and building plot. We made a down payment of 20,000. The rest upon delivery, as the truck stood in front of the door. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
