36.5 or 42 doesn't really make that much of a difference, you can look at all the data for each stone....

Whether Perlite or Mw, it doesn't matter at all, as long as it's filled....

Yes, hindsight is always 20/20.... and there are pros and cons for everything.... having plastic on the wall isn't exactly nice either and I wouldn't do it without a ventilation system....

ETICS (not everything is plastic) has nothing to do with a ventilation system. Monolithic is just as hermetically sealed as with ETICS. Ventilation system always!

Kalksand+WDVS or filled bricks. Under no circumstances use the unfilled bricks, that is the absolute worst crap (which unfortunately is still often sold in the South due to wrong advice and price, we also took them and regret it). Thermal insulation whether 36.5 or 42.5 is completely irrelevant, you won’t notice it later at all in the heating costs.

Personally, I would only take 36.5 filled with Perlite. Mineral wool also does not have a big disadvantage, just experience from acquaintances. They have Perlite and are very satisfied.

Well, but you also have to keep an eye on the costs ....
I think KS+ETICS+controlled residential ventilation is the most expensive solution.
Neighbor therefore left out the controlled residential ventilation

If I have to leave it out, then I don’t want ETICS but prefer bricks...

That’s what the gut says, not the mind ;). I would rather give up another small thing and install a decentralized ventilation system. 350€ per unit and only one power cable plus core drilling. That should always be included in new buildings.
