Central is the last crap. Planning-intensive. Damn expensive. The ventilation openings mess everything up endlessly. The pipes become a breeding ground for germs and bacteria after a short time. On top of that, the expensive filters. Loud air noises at the outlets. Sound transmission, so you hear in the attic what is spoken on the ground floor. Visually terrible what is then mounted on the ceiling.
That just has to be said to avoid such nonsense among new builders. There are only problems. But it is praised to the skies so that the house doesn't rot under your butt because everything is supposedly built airtight.
I know both very well. Both work comparably very well. In new buildings, I would install central with normal financial conditions, decentralized with limited budget, and also decentralized in renovations.
So, enough off topic. Back to the subject.
Now you’re talking like the blind man about color... have you ever owned a central system???
What you’re saying is simply not true.
Rarely heard such nonsense... about hearing from room to room,
then you are doing something wrong and there is no dirt after 2 years.
