Yes, unfortunately it always looks a bit different on the phone pictures. I took photos of the plaster up close again. Maybe the structure can be seen better then. In some places it is very smooth and in others very grainy.

Lime-cement plaster was used, and I also think it looks very rough. If the painter had properly informed me, of course I would have had it filled and sanded.
