So according to the homepage, over 1500 interested parties have registered so far *lol with a quota of 35 you're still doing pretty well.

Oh, and I would definitely take something with a district heating connection, so only 1 - 24. However, I can't reconcile the plan with the photos on the homepage.. in a straight line from the roundabout there should be green space, but you can't see anything of that in the photo... well hm. So if I only go by the plan, I would probably take: 10, 14 and 17. Although... where is the daycare supposed to go? hm

I correct myself, the processing time for the post was up. In the meantime, I have seen where the construction area in the photo is supposed to be.

I stick with taking 10, 14, and 17. Even if the daycare center is supposed to be next to 14. The noise wouldn't bother me for now, only the access would be important so that you don't suffocate in SUV drop-off traffic.

What does this number refer to: the development area with its six thematic fields, the total of 100 developer-free plots, or the 32 plots shown in the plan? 47:1 would be very intense indeed and would urgently lead to the strategy of including in the trio of plots you apply for also one that many competitors would count among the ugly ducklings. Those with as few neighbors as possible, favorable in location and layout, etc., are not suitable for this Rumpelstiltskin joker and are unlikely to be oversubscribed by less than 80:1. "Without district heating connection" can also mean "without mandatory district heating connection." That should be clarified, especially if one "prefers" a certain heating concept as her Majesty the OP so nicely likes to put it.

Dear Elephant,

thank you for your explanations.

No, I (unfortunately) cannot simply choose a plot of land, but have to apply within the framework of a lottery procedure.

Due to the fact that the price per square meter is equally expensive everywhere, I will only apply for those plots that appeal to me in terms of location and size, also taking into account a higher number of applicants.

The daycare center is next to number 10, therefore number 14 is significantly more interesting, among other things.

best regards and many thanks

Off Topic: After looking at the development plan, the question often arises for me why so many plots are offered for semi-detached houses, even though most interested buyers prefer single-family homes. Does anyone here know the reason for this? Can more money be made with two semi-detached houses than with one detached single-family house?

When it comes to urban planning, you simply have to think about land consumption... it just doesn't work that every homeowner has a house on a huge plot of land. And on small plots, a semi-detached house still leaves more garden space. So I find it reasonable. PS My dream was also once a detached house in a park-like garden. When I imagine building such a house with all the required distances on our plot... no, then I'd rather have one half with a good garden.
