Plot Selection - The Agony of Choice

Off Topic: After looking at the development plan, the question often arises for me as to why so many plots are offered for semi-detached houses, although most prospective builders prefer single-family homes. Does anyone here know the reason for this? Can two semi-detached houses generate more money than a detached single-family home?

If you have looked closely at this project, you should also have noticed that about 5/6 went to experienced land developers – from whom you can be sure that they plan the mix precisely to sell the fastest (so certainly not contrary to what the majority prefer). Semi-detached houses are very much in trend – for two reasons: the demand for building plots significantly exceeds that for building land – reason 1 from the perspective of land sellers, you find interested parties who can also pay much faster; reason 2 from the buyers’ perspective, they save one-sidedly on the land area for the building margin. You must not equate dreams with realizations: the eyes are regularly bigger than the mouth (in this case: the collected inspirations are bigger than the wallet). You can read here again and again: people dream of Jette or at least Maxime, but can only afford a Flair, which then at least has to be clad to console.
