I was hoping that the filling might cost around €20k and not €40k. Or that we would consider a basement. That might not be cheaper, but at least it adds "value." Edit: The €60 was still calculated conservatively. The next development area is supposed to cost €60 to €90 more per square meter, but there is almost nothing from the city, mostly private, so it will rather be €90/m² (or more). We will probably have to ask the locals what they paid for their filling. There are already buildings around it.Will there be anything left of it after paying for the filling?
