Plot Selection - The Agony of Choice

Off topic: We bought inventory (1920), back then there were different ideas about plot sizes anyway. But 279sqm - I find that almost cheeky on the part of those responsible for the division.

Regardless, I would find 1 interesting, even if not cut rectangularly - but only two neighbors. With 5 + 6, too much area would be lost due to the access way, which you still pay for. Besides, you get little of the western sun, which is worth a lot in the evenings!

Our favorite is number 14. Only one neighbor and a bit more land area.

What kind of new development area is that, where you have the full Wünschdirwas selection? - I've never read about something like that here before.
