Plot selection & house orientation

Thank you very much for the numerous responses.

We have been able to gather many useful pieces of information from the contributions. Which plots of land you prioritize, what possibilities the development plan could offer, and where you see the difficulties as well as opportunities with a semi-detached house.

The collective knowledge combined with professional background has encouraged us to use a forum like this.

First, we will attend the appointment in January, see what the further procedure is, and finally decide whether to continue pursuing the building topic there or take another direction (rent, renovate, …).

We will definitely keep you updated as soon as something meaningful regarding the semi-detached house has emerged.
