This is exactly where there is currently a contradictory statement.
According to the building plan from 2006: Excerpt from the textual determination: "For single-family house development, the top floor must be designed with a knee wall. The maximum wall height is 4.50m."
For us, only the bungalow is still an option, since we want two full floors without sloping roofs.

No attic at all, just because it would have slants, I consider a pretty stupid reaction out of spite. But well - whoever wants to be the architect of their own misfortune ... this is a free country ...

That's great, that way you won't get into the situation of making beginner mistakes in the first place. Always those cost watchers. If someone wants a bungalow, then that's just what they want – for whatever reasons. Money comes and goes (the latter with house building...) but the quality of life fulfilling heartfelt wishes lasts. Bring a budget and that's that. Of those, option 4 is probably the best, I agree with that. But I find all 4 pretty uninspired. Consider stacking two cuboid building bodies on top of each other, capturing the asymmetry of the plot with geometrically strict forms instead of standing flat on top of each other. Then you have no sloping roofs and more light from outside as well as already one or two partially covered areas. The wall height and knee wall height would have to be discussed. With 4.5m you can work, if you go somewhat into the ground.
