Are the development costs already included in the €110? In our village, you pay €88 plus €55 development costs per sqm. So that adds up to €143/sqm. If the development costs are already included in the urban new development area at your place, it is quite affordable.

How can 800 sqm be too big? A mystery to me. If I build a house, I also want to sit a bit protected in the garden, right? Otherwise, I might as well move into a terraced house where the neighbor watches you eat your breakfast egg.

Everyone just has different standards! It would be too big for me too, and it wouldn't be affordable here where I live anyway. Not to mention that we don't have such large plots of land anymore. ^^

Well, I already live in my own house and it is situated on 1740 sqm. That is the main reason why I want to sell it... The plot A is ideally located, for B no plot has been chosen yet. I think that the bank will now first work through the waiting list and since I am at the very end, I might not even get a call.

For now, I will wait patiently... (GRRRRRRR)... I still have to sell my house before I can plan further.
