Please provide feedback on our floor plan

Hello dear forum,

we are about to make the final decision for a floor plan and cannot decide (we really have no idea). Therefore, we ask for your help.

Basically:

- Semi-detached house from 1965.
- Demolition of current extensions and a new annex.
- The upper floor is for the children (with their own bathroom).

What do you think? Is this reasonable so far? Is the annex big enough, or should we build one more meter out?
