To be honest, I find the extension monstrous and ugly. The living space has 63 sqm, of which one third is just pointless empty space. The office with the pantry takes away the important light from the right side of the plan. The "closet" is completely without light. In my opinion, it all looks very unloving and thoughtlessly just stuck on. Enlarging the monster even more only makes it worse. My impression: Someone just wants to make quick money here without seriously investing any brains.
