I don't understand! As you can tell, I am an absolute layman! The current state is attached in the first post. And the desired state as well. And in green the current outlines of the house, ergo everything else is an extension!

In ... uh ... let's say "layman's notation".

Who is actually planning this extension: nobody, and a general contractor’s lackey just copies it from you for the building permit?

Sorry that I am thinking ahead! Of course, I will involve an architect, but I am allowed to plan in which direction it could go beforehand, right?

Of course you are allowed to draw plans as a layperson, but apparently those are not your talents (at least according to the part of your trial history known to me). You better go to an architect soon (note: not "architects"!). If you go to a builder and he puts his draftsman on it, you will pay a lot of tuition for a frustrating result.

This is more of a mixture… no idea. The current state would rather be, based on the link from , this one At least there is an intersection visible there that appears identical. You could now overlay it based on the stairs. So, even a layperson should be able to distinguish between current and target states here if they ask for help. I am often happy to help when it comes to floor plans, but the OP has to provide, not the person who has never even been inside the house.

No, we have already changed quite a bit on the ground floor. Therefore, the floor plan from 11ant is wrong! We already live in the house and want to extend soon! I’m happy to provide, after all I want to have your expertise! I just don’t always know what I need to provide
