Plastic windows in anthracite or white?

In our rental apartment, the inside is white and the outside is green. You can't see it from the inside. I also think it's not a problem if you want different colors inside and outside. In the new building, we will choose white inside and anthracite outside. My parents have black windows (wood). It looks quite elegant, but I still don't like it visually.
