I could imagine what tricks you are alluding to. Illegal and also dangerous?

Not negotiable with my wife, unfortunately. She would rather forego some of the above-mentioned functions in the lighting control.

I would like to avoid battery-powered motion sensors.
But an outdoor light with a motion sensor that then controls the other lamps sounds interesting. What exactly is the idea here?

That would be our favorite. That means: we forego switching the motion sensor with a switch inside the house and thus turning on the lamps from inside before leaving? The light switch stays permanently "on," I connect the 3x1.5 cable to the motion sensor and then to the lamps. The light switch inside the house would basically be useless decoration? We would activate the motion sensor by leaving the house and thus switch on the outdoor lighting?

Yes, for example.

It activates itself based on brightness and you trigger the switching by walking past. Of course, depending on the device, you can set the delay time to several hours, then the light just stays on for a long time.

Google outdoor light with motion detector.

yes, that’s what I meant, it was poorly described.

If I want to use 2 BWM for the same lamps, do I have to first run the wiring through the two BWM and then the lamps behind them?

With classical electrical engineering, the BWM would have to be connected in parallel. You can't manage that with your already finished wiring...

The light switches would then be "blind," yes. But they can be used for other things, for example to trigger functions via "Shelly." My outdoor lighting at the front door or the light switch, for example, will turn the alarm system on and off, etc.

I'll definitely take that with me! Thanks
