How does the alarm system know that a bad guy has pried open the door and you didn't just open it from inside?

Why not simply do both with motion detectors? Ambient or normal pathway lighting when movement is detected and the alarm system is off. Alarm lighting on when movement is detected and the alarm system is on. The alarm system can just be a "dummy" that I switch on and off with a switch and maybe indicate with a lamp whether it is armed or not.

That's how it was meant. However, the rest of the communication here sounds as if it could already be overwhelming.

That's why I would also drop the idea of the floodlights. It's really not funny when there's a stadium atmosphere every now and then due to false alarms. Not that a cyclist comes by and, startled, steers onto the street in front of a car because the motion detector monitors a little more than it should.

I need help with the wiring of the components

Current status at the house:
At three sides of the house (gable terrace, north eaves, south eaves) an NYM-J 3x1.5mm² cable was laid outside. Inside, each cable should be connected to a light switch. The interior plaster has already been applied. The gable side of the garage should be supplied via the south eaves

Gable side terrace
We want a) a motion detector to activate a wall light and b) that we can permanently turn on the light with the switch

Our idea
for a) the motion detector needs permanent power bypassing the switch so that we cannot turn off the motion detector via the switch
for b) we need a direct path from the switch to the lamp

North eaves
We want a) a motion detector to activate the 3 spots in the eaves and b) that we can turn on the 3 spots with the light switch, which then switch off automatically

Our idea
for a) the motion detector needs permanent power
for b) we need a push button that sends a short impulse to the eaves motion detector, which switches the lights on and they turn off after the preset time of the motion detector

South eaves and gable side garage
We want a) a motion detector to activate the 3 spots in the eaves, b) that at the garage a wall light with motion detector can be switched on at any time, and c) that we can switch on the 3 spots and the wall light with the light switch, which then switch off automatically

Our idea
for a) the motion detector needs permanent power
for b) the motion detector needs permanent power
for c) we need a push button that sends a short impulse to the eaves motion detector and the garage motion detector, which switches the lights on and they turn off after the preset time of the motion detectors

Could you please share your thoughts on our ideas and possibly already list options for the wiring and the required hardware (special motion detectors, small parts, etc.)?

An (almost) unsolvable problem. Outside, there is only a 3x1.5. If we disregard illegal tricks... for which you'd go to hell... you only have one live wire that is switched over your light switch... or not switched at all. You cannot "switch" not "switch" and "not switch" over one wire. How it could still be solved: Connect L, N, PE through to the motion detector via the 3x1.5. The light switch gets a "Shelly" as a dummy, which only queries the state of the switch... or you just use a wireless push button that no longer has anything to do with the electrical installation. "Behind" the motion detector comes another Shelly, which is controlled via the motion detector or the "dummy." However you turn it, you rely on radio or WLAN; purely wired does not work for you, unless you open everything up again and lay additional cables... So you exchange the VDE hell for the tinkerer hell... Therefore... the child is already in the well... use motion detectors with batteries or a smart outdoor light with motion detector, which then controls all other lights? But you won't touch any of that anyway, because you are definitely not an electrician. However, if you forgo the possibility to override the motion detector via the switch, all of this would be easy to do without adjustments. You just have to decide. Do you want a smart home or not...
