So, good morning. Attached is now our first draft of the ground floor and upper floor (we have NOT yet discussed this with the architect). We were thinking of building a double garage (solid construction) and building above the garage on the upper floor. There is also a balcony above the bay window on the ground floor, and additionally, the balcony continues, so to speak as a terrace roof (unfortunately, this is not very clear in the drawing, as intended).
We still need to design the basement, which will be based on the dimensions of the ground floor.
I think the rooms are all clear: on the ground floor living room, kitchen, pantry, dining room, bathroom. On the upper floor office 1, office 2, bedroom with dressing room, wellness bathroom. In the basement there will be the guest room, fitness, utility room, technical room.
