Placement house/land utilization

Hello everyone,

we are just at the very beginning of the house planning and have been thinking for some time about where to best place the house/garage on the plot.
The dimensions of the plot are: 22m x 30.5m. (D-4 in the attachment) The driveway is in the southeast. The street to the south is a one-way street, so it is relatively quiet.

Planned is a single-family house with 2 full floors and a hip roof. approx. 160sqm.
Additionally, we want a double garage with a storage room 6m x 9m.

Option 1:
Garage in the northeast. House next to it.
Disadvantage: Long driveway, only a little garden to the west.
Advantage: Large south garden.

Option 2:
Garage in the southeast by the street. House in the northeast.
Disadvantage: Shade caused by the garage, long way from the garage to the front door.
Advantage: Short driveway, more space to the west.

Option 3:
House + garage in the south. Garden facing north.
Disadvantage: Little sun.
Advantage: Garden separated from the street.

What would you do?
Are there perhaps other options?

What does the development plan say? There are certainly building boundaries, right?

Yes. Without a building window in the plan, any consideration is moot.

The only building boundary is the blue line. And the 3m setback.
There is no building line either.

Garages up to 3m high may have a length of 9m at one boundary, and a total of 15m if they extend over 2 boundaries.
