Was even outside in a T-shirt :-) but for me it is definitely a help to understand how much the sun produces.

To illustrate the differences:

Probably the saddest day in the life of the system:

And no – nothing was broken.

And the best January day so far:

Since I don't see any exaggerated peaks, the question is where does all the electricity go? I also only barely reached 80 kWh in a day recently at cold temperatures, because I charged the car twice. 0.7 kWh is really very poor compared to January 12th. What self-sufficiency rate have you had so far in January? With 10 kWp east/west, I have so far a proud 6%.

My house has a heating load of about 9 kW at the current (~-4°) temperatures. Most of the electricity is used for that. The drops are all defrosting processes, which shows how humid the air is additionally. Then two hours of electric car charging (3.6 kW), two washes, one dryer, one dishwasher. Base load about 300 watts.

And yes - the fourth one was really far from anything that has come before. It felt like night all day... November, December didn’t have a single day under 4 kWh. And then that...

I have actually never looked at the autonomy rate, but found it (for January):

Summer months are over 70%, Nov + Dec around 30%.
28 kWp, no storage.
