Yep, then back OT or should I move the half-truths here into a new thread?

P.S.

Yep...so back OT...or should I move the half-truths here into a new thread?

btw.

No, that only means that the execution is different, but that's also stated there...

For example, it usually means that laminated safety glass (VSG) is used and that simply does not correspond to the description because it then changes from simple thermal insulation glazing to thermal insulation glazing with a special function...

I'm sorry if I only conveyed the opinion of my building expert. I simply trust his judgment more than that of a seller from any house manufacturer. The question is just why Okal Haus refused to provide the corresponding information. But as I said, in the future I will be careful not to post anything here that I assume to be true just because it came from an expert. Of course, he is not infallible either, but neither is this forum for sure. The expert will have his reasons to advise me overall against the project with Okal Haus because too many inconsistencies could not be clarified with Okal Haus.

You don't have to feel sorry... he is only human too and maybe you or he interpreted something into the wording...

But aside from that, I wouldn't advise anyone to build with a partner who stonewalls when asked...

The construction service descriptions of the big ones are all similarly vague... usually, they reveal the details when it comes to concrete projects and things get serious (even before signing)

If you operate Europe-wide and employ many, many local companies, then it really can't be any different...
