Payment plan - By which installment must the roof be covered

I would guess that the roof should be finished by parcel 6 at the latest. Do you have any ideas here?

since your payment schedule is not meaningful, I would also guess "6". Unfortunately, it is not stated there. Ask your general contractor or building supervisor... ;) For us, it was on after "5".

Spoke with the main contractor. The roof is not included in detail. Currently, there are apparently outages with the roofer combined with missing roof tiles. Therefore, the roof will probably be completed by the 7th installment.

Please also note that the underlay membrane must not be exposed to the weather/UV light indefinitely. There are limits, which can be found out from the manufacturer. We had this problem within the family circle. The construction company was practically incompetent, the roof was uncovered for 6 months, the underlay membrane was then replaced again before the tiles were installed. I believe the limit was three months.

Thank you for the note, in my opinion, the schedule is about 4 weeks delayed. But I will bring it up again.
