Thank you for your opinions. I have the contract in front of me, it is dated 27.11.21. It clearly states that this is a fixed price, even in the event of price increases by the supplier. Also the storage of the entire kitchen until the house is completed. I don’t know why I am being accused of not telling the whole truth. I also did not insult the "evil" kitchen studio, but only asked if you would pay this called energy surcharge.

Have all defects corrected then pay the invoice without the flat rate. If something comes up say that it was not discussed beforehand and what was not discussed cannot be paid, end of story. Fixed prices imposed unilaterally are also something nice... I heard wood has become cheaper since March, was there a discount for that then? ;)

We have paid 80 percent of the kitchen, a lot is still missing. For example, the refrigerator and the countertop for the stove had to be reordered because it was cut incorrectly, and therefore our great hood could not be installed. Before the work is completed, I would first put the invoice on hold with a brief note to the kitchen installer. Afterwards, when finished, simply settle the negotiated amount without any comment.
