By mirrors I mean possibly more the layout of the rooms. Toilets stacked on top of each other, 1sqm less doesn't matter for the bathroom. That can definitely be managed.
Our floor plan... please help with optimization.

I would still try to change the stair run, then put the door to the WC under the stairs and then shorten the hallway. Cloakroom cabinet then next to the door to the office.
