The latest EG version is great.... But the question is how it will be with all the connections in the utility room, because it is so far back.

Not so dramatic, for example, we are building 40 m from the street... I added the door to the office again on the last ground floor and added the label for the utility room, which I had forgotten. In case of doubt, ask the planner if they see any problems anywhere, preferably also immediately if they see any problems with drainage or then pay attention to that when planning the bathroom.

I would mirror the upper floor horizontally and plan a door from the kitchen to the hallway.

Because of the orientation: Parents and bathroom preferably in the east and children in the afternoon/evening sun.
