What do you think about that? Maybe you have a few useful tips.. There is also a 20m² basement, where all the connecting devices will then find their place.. ps.: unfortunately, the staircase to the upper floor is not visible.. you go up towards the bathroom door... :):):)

EG: How is the basement accessed? Where the stairs to the basement should start is your refrigerator ;) EG: Guest bathroom needs an exhaust because there is no window (=additional costs) EG: Stairs in the living room: sound transfers (especially with concrete stairs) well to the upper floor to the children's rooms OG: Gallery very dark (after 3-4m the brightness drops rapidly) OG Office too small (better 12m²) OG Bathroom has 2 doors (some like one, others not, I don't like it) OG Dressing room dark (no natural lighting -> needs a good lighting concept) OG Gallery too large I would redesign the upper floor again. The many recesses make the rooms difficult to use. I haven't seen a fireplace. Is that intentional?

I still don't like the ground floor, but that's a matter of taste. But what I would definitely change is the 10m² where only 2 cabinets are supposed to fit! That's a waste of space! And bathroom with 2 doors wouldn't be my thing either, also wasting space for the second passage (in the bathroom AND in the bedroom). Overall, a lot of space is wasted on hallways and walkways. I would be interested to know how many square meters you have in total? Ground floor and upper floor.

Hey,

first of all, I would be interested in the cardinal directions, the course of the street, and possibly any special features!

If all that fits:
I would make the access to the guest bathroom from the hallway! I would lead the staircase in two parts around the corner and swap it with the dining room. Upstairs, of course, a lot would change as well, but I think to the advantage, since the office no longer has to be so cramped and the children's room gets a more comfortable access.
If the staircase should stay there:
Try to get a straight line of access to the dressing room, office, and children's room! The mini entrance area in the dressing room is useless anyway, better make the hallway bigger there!
Contrary to the other opinion, I don't find two doors to the bathroom bad at all! But I would divide it differently, anyway, if the access is somewhere else!

Overall, try to avoid the many corners upstairs, these 1x1 m entrance areas! That is a waste of space...
Try to draw as few lines as possible!

Best regards,

Oh, and the door to the living-dining area will be tight! You can hardly get through, it doesn’t even open fully when you already hit the wall with the handle!
